Коллективная монография посвящена памяти доцента кафедры географии мирового хозяйства Московского университета Е. Н. Самбуровой (1957–2017 гг.) – крупнейшего специалиста в области социально-экономической географии Китая, заложившего основы географического изуче- ния страны-гиганта в мировом развитии. Анализируются предпосылки и факторы возвышения Поднебесной в международном сообществе в условиях глобализации и превращения ее в миро- вую фабрику, оценивается современное позиционирование Китая в геополитических и геоэко- номических структурах разного ранга. Раскрывается место страны на отдельных глобальных рын- ках, в процессе транснационализации экономики, системе трансграничных цепочек добавленной стоимости, международном движении инвестиций, а также возможности и проблемы сопряжения российских и китайских интеграционных инициатив. Предполагается, что реализация новой стратегии Китая приведет к кардинальной трансформации архитектуры мироустройства и третий глобальный интеграционный цикл вполне может обрести наименование Pax Siniса. Samburova (1957–2017) – the greatest specialist in the field of socio-economic geography of China, who laid the foundations of geographical studies of this giant country in the world development. The author analyzes the prerequisites and factors of China’s rise in the international community in the context of globalization and its transformation into a world factory, evaluates the current positioning of China in geopolitical and geo-economic structures of different ranks. The article reveals the place of the country in certain global markets, in the process of economic transnationalization, the system of cross-border value chains, international investment flows, as well as the opportunities and problems of combining Russian and Chinese integration initiatives. It is expected that the implementation of the new strategy of China will lead to a fundamental transformation of the architecture of world order,so the global integration of the third cycle may receive the name of Pax PS.
