We are pleased to present you the Proceedings of our traditional conference Engineering Technologies and Computer Science: Innovation & Application (EnT-2020). This year it is held for the fourth time. The main idea of our conference has remained the same. We present the results of new work in the field of computer science and its applications, show the history and try to look into the future. This year we have increased the number of works devoted to the humanitarian aspects of introducing new technologies.
