Relativistic gravitational experiments probing the geometry of time-space continuum are reduced to measurements of time and space intervals between two or more physical events Required measuring instruments are frequency (time) optical standards and matter wave interferometers. In this review talk a recent development of the optical clocks and atomic interferometers are presented together with application of this advanced technique to new crucial gravitational measurements in lab and space. In that number there are determination of Earth gravity force acceleration and metrology of gravitational constant measuring with atomic fountain gravimeters. Direct measurements of the kinetic of the Universe expansion is expected with application of new precise optical spectroscopy provided by laser frequency comb techniques. At last supersensitive very long base optical interferometers in space will be used to search for gravitational wave at very low frequencies typical for the radiation of white dwarf binaries
