  International Scientific Conference «CONSTRUCTION THE FORMATION OF LIVING ENVIRONMENT» is held within 20 years and brings together international representatives of the most demanded areas of the building science, becoming for this time a professional platform for exchanging experience in conducting scientific research and interactions with leading specialists of the industry. Both representatives of Russia's regions and participants from foreign countries: Armenia, Algeria, Belarus, Vietnam, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Moldova, Poland, Slovenia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, South Africa and etc. actively participate in the Conference. One of the main objectives of the Conference is the support and development of scientific and practical works of young scientists, doctoral students and post-graduate students in the field of construction. The program of the conference includes seminars, round tables, excursions to scientific research laboratories and scientific and educational centers, and for participants under the age of 25, the competition "Youth Innovations" is organized, which is supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The conference promotes the realization of the scientific potential of young specialists, the development of innovative activity, the integration of education, science and production in the economy of Russia and the world. The long-term experience of holding the conference testifies to the ever growing interest of young scientists in the challenges posed to them by the modern environment of life, and shows the need to transfer experience from the senior generation of scientists and specialists to the new generation.
