  The Conference is devoted to consideration, discussion and evaluation of new fundamental and applied research in the booming area of science of water and aqueous systems, application of the results of fundamental studies in medicine, agriculture, industry. The program of the Conference includes 3 plenary lectures, about 30 oral presentations lasting for 30-35 min, poster sessions and an exhibition devoted to the technologies derivered from new water-based fundamental science.
