  The International Conference on Magnet Technology (MT) is the most important conference for scientists and engineers to report and discuss the latest progress in every aspect of the science, technology and applications of magnets. MT-21, the 21st conference of this biennial series, was taken place in Hefei, Anhui, China, during October 18 to 23, 2009, hosted by Institute of Electrical Engineering and Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. MT-21 included all kinds of talks and presentations such as plenary and invited talks, oral talks and posters, which focus on the materials, science, technology and applications of magnets.
