International conference “Globalization in Contemporary Asia”. November 20 – 21, 2019, Higher School of Economics, Moscow. The conference seeks to identify and assess key features of Asian geopolitics, the nature of Asian unity and its political, economic, and cultural diversity. Furthermore, it aims at analyzing Asian development taking into account the economic and political processes in the globalized world. The conference will bring together leading experts from Russia, East Asia, the Middle East as well as Europe and the USA. The conference will not only help identify seminal theoretical and contemporary problems of Asian geopolitics but also contribute to the field of regional studies from a linguistic standpoint.
