  Conference GraphiCon 2019 was held in Bryansk by Bryansk State Technical University on September 23-26, 2019. Over 120 speakers from 11 regions of Russian Federation, as well as international partners, participated in the conference. The conference organized 10 thematic sessions: Intelligent Solutions in Computer Graphics Computer Vision Scientific Visualization and Visual Analytics Geometric Modeling. Computer Graphics and Education Biomedical Image Processing and Analysis Image Processing and Analysis in Material Science Digital Earth and Big Data Computer Graphics, Light Engineering and Design Design Automation, Training Software and Simulators Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Technologies, Automation and Robotics The program of the event is supplemented by a youth session of young scientists. Students, post-graduate students and young scientists will present their reports during the session. The best reports among the participants of the youth session will be awarded by diplomas. All reports were published in conference proceedings, and the selected works were published in the leading Russian and international scientific journals.
