A comparative analysis of the characteristics of the phase sensor Shack-Hartmann and lateral shearing interferometers have been carried out, showing that the lateral shear interferometer has several advantages in high level amplitude-phase fluctuations of the radiation and in the presence of topological wavefront disturbances. Here we give the description of a computer interferogram processing program. The developed program allows you to bypass the problem of the development of the phase singularities in the beams. The proposed method of recovery of the wavefront has been tested in the numerical and real experiments. The experiments corresponded to the conditions of propagation of radiation in the open optical channels with a turbulent environment.
