  SIRCON 2023 will bring together a large number of scientists and researchers from different disciplines on a common platform at an international scale, and will provide an important forum for research and discussion on many economic, social, cultural and historical issues on the Silk Road. In this regard, the congress is expected to make an essential contribution to the medium and long-term development goals of many countries in the Silk Road geography through various policy and strategy proposals. The Congress is open to all original scientific studies in English, Turkish and Uzbek languages on the following topics.
