  ICDL is a triennial event, and we are honoured to host this 19th edition here at The University of Manchester. The conference aims to encourage the exchange and discussion of ideas, focussing on results and practical experience of properties, dielectric phenomena and applications of insulating liquids. The University of Manchester has great tradition in Electrical Engineering and we are proud to add this conference to our list of achievements.
