  Big Space Projects are an expenditure item of the country's budget. However, nowadays, space exploration can benefit the Earth's economy and society. Governments are interested in effective regulation and good laws to increase the return on space projects and accelerate the development of a profitable space economy. It is important to study the legal practice of different countries in order to understand which laws give competitive advantages to individual states in the global space market and in space exploration. How can we harmonize international space law, which protects the interests of all mankind in space, and laws that ensure the national interests and development of the space economy of individual countries?
