Аннотация доклада:
In an early work the photovoltaic effect was found out investigating laser IR-light interaction with resistive Ag/Pd-films. The work showed that the effect depended on angle of the light incidence significantly. In this work, we investigate the influence of the light polarization on the amplitude and polarity of the films photovoltaic response.
