Аннотация доклада:
Evaluation of the radiation hardness of many spacecraft materials requires precise determination of absorbed dose distribution. The paper presents a generalized scheme of mathematical methods for calculating the absorbed dose in heterogeneous structures using software codes GEANT4, FLUKA, RDOSE and others. As examples, we demonstrated absorbed dose distributions calculated with GEANT4 in various micro-structured materials under the impact of electrons and protons with different energies.
