In this work we would like to present the results of light curves analysis of cataclysmic variable J090350.73 + 330036.1, which was identified as a new CV in the fourth year of realization of SDSS project. It was suspected as an eclipsing binary with an amplitude of variability ~ 1m on the time scale about 80-90 min. The system was in an inactive state over a long period of time from September 2004 to May 2010. Time-series photometric observations of J090350.73 + 330036.1 were carried out in R band during the May 2010 superoutburst, the first one after its discovery. Observations cover the period near the outburst maximum and decline after it. These observations displayed obvious superhumps in the light curve of J090350.73 + 330036.1 together with eclipses and dips, suggesting that the studied system is a member of SU UMa stars. The period of superhumps was determined. A “spiral- arm” model has been used to fit light curves and determine parameters of the accretion disk and other components of the J090350.73 + 330036.1 binary system. Together with a hot line presence this model takes into account large-scale geometric irregularities on the accretion disk surface, - two thickenings of the outer edge of the disk in restricted ranges of azimuth, whose amplitude decreases exponentially in the vertical direction toward the white dwarf and which have a spiral arms appearance.
