There are presented most recent measurements of diffractive processes with jets in final states of ep collisions at \sqrt{}s = 318 GeV using the HERA collider data. Diffractive events were identified by proton spectrometer or large rapidity gap methods. Single and double differential cross sections were measured with the H1 and ZEUS detectors in deep inelastic or photoproduction kinematics ranges. Measurement results were compared to QCD calculations based on different assumptions about the nature of the diffractive exchange. Validity of the factorisation theorem for diffractive processes in ep collisions was tested.
