In the Li2O-ZnO-TiO2 system has developed a material with a sintering temperature of 950 °C for LTCC, which can be used for the production of electronic applications, such as resonators, filters and other. As a sintering additive, an eutectic composition in the Li2O-ZnO-B2O3 (LZB) system was used. The addition of 5,0 wt. % of LZB allows reach an average density of 4,02 g/cm3 at 950 °C. The effects of the additive on the sintering behavior, phase composition, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties were studied. The developed ceramic is characterized by the dielectric permittivity ε 17,7 and the quality factor Qf 407 MHz.
