In this work some features of solving of coefficient inverse problem for the Black-Scholes equation is considered. In order to enhance stability of its numerical solution we use highly efficient numerical method (quasi-uniform meshes and Rosenbrock scheme with complex coefficients) for solving of corresponding direct problem that is usually arisen in the process of using gradient methods of minimization of the regularizing functional.
