The scale of coming future detectors for low background experiments defines the needs of different ultra-pure materials. Expected need of construction material could be estimated over dozens of tons per detector. Our studies are focused on the developing of industrial-scale cycle of metal titanium production in the tons scale with very low level of contaminations (below ~1 mBq/kg of U and Th). We have confirmed that the Kroll process could be used for ultra pure titanium sponge production. The further production stages of metal titanium parts are under investigations now and some preliminary results will be presented which show that the original purity could be saved during e-beam melting with following rolling.
