Аннотация доклада:
The lecture, which describes the application of fluorocarbon compounds as blood substitutes and contrasting preparations in MRI diagnostics. As blood substitute product fluorocarbon Perfluorane® has effective transmission function for oxygen delivery to the tissues of living organisms, has a cardioprotective effect and does not depend on the patient's blood group. Inclusion in the chemical formula of Perfluorane® paramagnetic atoms (gadolinium, iron, etc.) creates a new compound with high MRI contrast efficiencies at larmor frequencies of protons so and fluorine-19 nuclei.
