A present ecological and aesthetic condition of many cities worsens the psychical and emotional health of citizens and contributes to their poor physical health. Technogenic impact of the urban environment requires its humanization. “Humanization” of the environment is restoration of a harmony between an individual, civilization and nature. It's obvious urban environment is not able to become humanized until it is undergone “greening”. There are few ways which urban authorities and design makers rely on to “green” city. For the countries of Western Europe, partially for the USA and Canada, greening is the designing or providing specific conditions for highways and transport. In addition, greening implies eco-settlements. There are numerous examples in different countries that vary in economic development: Austria, the Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden, the USA, Australia, India. Another field of greening is an upgrade and renovation of buildings areas. It is carried out by the creation of comfortable housing, independent life support and landscaping (Brazil, Germany, Sweden, Austria). At the same time, the basic human need to interact with wildlife were ignored or marginalized. Russia has developed its idea of greening. It focuses on practical application of an idea of interactions between nature and urban environment. In fact that means the preserving and supporting the natural and ecological framework (Toporina, Goretskaya, 2017). In the number of cities, for example, in Siberia, a planning approach “city in the forest” has got outcomes in Akademgorodok (Novosibirsk), Ust-Ilimsk, Angarsk, Divnogorsk, also in Moscow region (Pushchino, Dubna) etc.
