Faraday effect is the rotation of polarization plane of linearly polarized light by a magnetic medium caused by magnetic circular birefringence. Because of its non-reciprocity the enhancement of the effect magnitude can be achieved by light multipass inside magnetic medium, for example in thin =ilms or photonic crystals and microcavities. In case of short femtosecond pulse, interference is possible between initial and =inal parts of one pulse, and Faraday value may change with time. If there are good interference conditions for the pulse, then time dependence of Faraday rotation is constantly increasing. For destructive interference output Faraday dynamics con=irms decreasing periods in time dependence in Fabry-Perot resonator.
