The report will present the results of studies on the creation of effective delivery systems of tebuconazole (TBC) through the development of original formulations of protectants for the treatment of cereals and potato tubers. As an original of delivery system of TBC to plant objects, the Laminaria was used. In this case, a solid dispersion (SD) of TBC with the Laminaria was obtained based on co-mechanochemical treatment on a roller mill. The composition of this SD was TBC:Laminaria = 1: 10 (conditionally designated "TL"). By the method of rolls it was shown that TL effectively reduced the infection of wheat seeds with pathogens of ordinary root rot in comparison with the control and the standard-Raxil SC. Infection of barley seeds B. sorokiniana in the control reached 33%. In this culture, TL was effective against helminthosporium infection (biological efficiency (BE) = 93.6%, Raxil SC= 75.8%). In the field, plants with a more healthy root system developed from the seeds treated with TL. Protected by a complex of TL plants in both phases of development intensified the biomass of the aboveground part of plants. Unlike the standard (Raxil SC), TL did not have a retardant effect on the cultures studied. The TL complex ensured better survival of wheat plants (by 9.7%) and barley (by 17.8%) in comparison with the control. From the seeds treated with the TL complex, taller plants were formed (wheat by 11.3%, barley by 15%). The collection of wheat and barley grain in experimental variants (2.73 and 2.81 t / ha) exceeded the control (2.45 and 2.51 t / ha). The yield of wheat increased by 11.4% or 0.28 t / ha, barley - by 11.9% or 0.3 t / ha. Similar increments in the variant with protected seed by Raxil SC were lower - in 1,7 (wheat) and 3,9 times (barley). Among the various techniques to protect potatoes from common diseases, the most economical and environmentally safe is the protecting of tubers. Based on TBC, suspension formulations of protectants for use on potato have been developed. The analysis of quality indicators of the obtained suspension preparations allowed selecting the most promising preparations for their biological treatment. Biological field trials of these preparations showed high efficacy against dry rot in storage and potato rhizoctonia during the growing season, as well as increasing the productivity of the crop. Effective protectans were found that reduced the weight percentage of tubers of dry rot in comparison with the control variant, and were more effective than the standart (Colfugo Super, SC). The new preparations significantly reduced the development of the disease in the period of emergence in 5,8-7,3 times or the plants were completely healthy, and in the budding-flowering phase it was 2.7-5.5 times. The complex effect of the protectants developed by us on the development of the disease, the development and growth of potato plants determined the crop yield. The preparations provided a reliable yield increase of 1.7-2.3 t / ha, and also reduced the weight percentage of unsuitable tubers in 2.9-4.4, and significantly increased the yield of healthy tubers by 1.4 times.
