This research describes the possibility to analyze the quality of thermoplastic composite detailed in terms of strength and integrity and focuses on manufacturing process. The main idea of presented work is to understand the type of transformation of plasticity model for neat thermoplastic matrix in case of different combinations of the degree of crystallinity and temperature of the material. The obtained changes of plasticity conditions can be implemented into the strength analysis of composite details during thermoplastic matrix solidification caused by manufacturing cool down processes.
