The world entered an era of change, economic and socio-political upheavals, geopolitical and civilizational changes. The demographic situation is no exception. Decline in population in the developed world is a dangerous threat. This global negative trend will be most significant to the global community. The looming demographic crisis will be global, the most affected countries will be: The European Union countries, Japan, China, Russia. In economically developed countries will decline in working age population which will inevitably lead to a slowdown in the economy. Standard of living will fall, loss profits and wages would decrease social programs and pensions. Governments will have to resort to such unpopular measures such as lengthening the working day and raising the retirement age. Depopulation is a result of the global social transformations, changing the place and role of family in society, the withering away of its social functions - primarily reproductive. One-child and childlessis becoming the norm, there are communities that promote the voluntary abandonment of children. Women were increasingly deliberately delay childbearing. They are engaged in education and careers. This vital position has its extreme form - a community childfree. Popular culture is increasingly oriented to meet the desires and fantasies of adults.
