Максютовский эклогит-глаукофансланцевый комплекс на Южном Урале является одним из ярких представителей плейт-тектонических образований (террейнов) в зоне сочленения крупных структурно-тектонических элементов земной коры. Обычно такие комплексы трассируют конвергентные шовные зоны и, как правило, несут черты высокого (HP) или сверхвысокого (UHP) давления. Характерные фазы сверхвысокого (UHP) давления (псевдоморфозы кварца по коэситу, графитовые кубоиды по алмазу, микровключения алмаза в гранате) также хорошо известны в мафических и кварц-полевошпатовых породах Максютовского комплекса (Чесноков и Попов, 1965; Добрецов и Добрецова, 1988; Leech, Ernst, 1998, 2000; Bostick et al., 2003). Не смотря на длительную историю изучения комплекса, ряд вопросов взаимосвязи P-T-t условий образования UHP пород, геохимии исходных пород (протолита) в качестве индикатора тектонической обстановки, этапов и эволюции процессов метаморфизма, геодинамической истории развития региона остаются без ответа. В данной работе предпринята попытка обобщить имеющиеся на этот счет данные и на основе новых высокоточных XRF и ICP MS анализов валового состава представительных образцов эклогитов Максютовского комплекса определить природу и состав их протолита, источники исходного материала, проследить петрохимическую эволюцию UHP пород и, в конечном итоге, построить геодинамическую модель комплекса. В совокупности с микрозондовыми данными о составе сосуществующих минералов и рассчитанных на их основе физико-химических параметрах метаморфизма (Fedkin et al., 2017) мы надеемся расшифровать P-T-t историю комплекса, оценить характер теплового потока на стадии UHP погружения и, так называемый, геотермальный градиент метаморфического поля (Spear, 1993) во время его эксгумации.
