The obtained data suggest various neurophysiological mechanisms of cognitive regulation in the preparation and inhibition of saccadic responses in "fast" and "slow" subjects, which are associated with different levels of cortex activation and spatial organization of the fronto-parietal networks of attention, inhibition and saccadic control. Different functional significance of Go-P1, Go-P2 and Go-P3 ERP components was shown depend on saccade latency in the "Go/No go" saccadic paradigm In "fast" subjects Go-P1, Go-P2 and Go-P3 can be considered as markers of decision making, saccade initiation (or "efferent copy") and behavior monitoring, respectively. In "slow" subjects these components may be markers of stimulus evaluation, decision-making and saccade initiation, respectively. Regardless of the individual saccade latency No Go-P2 can be considered as the marker of inhibition. The research was supported by RFBR project № 16-04-01079
