Аннотация доклада:
The experimental data on charging kinetics of proton and ion pre-irradiated crystalline sapphire and quartz under electron beam irradiation in SEM discussed in terms of surface structure modification and ion-induced defect creation in a surface region of dielectrics which cause changing of electrical properties, and therefore charging characteristics.
