Аннотация доклада:
Models of the Galaxy with an outer ring of class R1R2' reproduce well the residual velocities of OB associations in the Perseus and Sagittarius regions. The kinematics of young stars in the Perseus region indicates the presence of an R2 ring while the velocities in the Sagittarius region suggest the existence of an R1 ring in the Galaxy.
