Concentrations of REE by ICP-MS were determined in rocks and by LA-ICP-MS and in minerals (pyroxene, plagioclase) layered Series from layered intrusion Kivakka (North Karelia, Russia). The concentrations and ratios of REE minerals remain unchanged throughout the section and the corresponding coefficient distribution mineral-melt. REE concentrations in the rocks considerably depending on the ratio of cumulus-intercumulus, which suggests that the concentration of REE in rocks cumulus density criterion. The analysis of the distribution of sulphide ore minerals in rhythmic layered Series from layered intrusion Kivakka, as well as sulfide horizons, cumulus significantly denser than the surrounding layers. This confirms the previously proposed mechanism of rhythmic layering, as well as the appearance of sulfide on horizons, not relevant thermodynamic parameters of phase sulphide-silicate components separation. The resulting distribution allows us to understand patterns of localization of sulfide mineralization in layered intrusions
