At the beginning of 2000-s the Government of Russia confirmed some documents aimed at overcoming the crisis in the Electronic Industry, particularly “The strategy of the development of the Electronic Industry in Russia for the period to 2025”. Since 2008 annual federal investment to electronics increased three and more times. Nevertheless the Regeneration of the Electronic Industry as a leading branch of national economics is still a task for future. In order to move to solving the problems we have to master up-to-date technologies and equipment, to concentrate efforts on the development of the most perspective technologies.
