The results of investigation of the shapes of pulses of polarization-sensitive photocurrent in nanocomposite Ag/Pd films with different temperatures of burning are presented. Photocurrent excitation was carried out by laser irradiation with nanosecond and femtosecond duration. Dependences of photocurrent pulse durations on the temperatures of burning of films were determined. Films capable of generating pulses of photocurrent with duration less than 3 ns were synthesized.
