The technology for building a useful self-questioning process is presented. Questions are used by clients themselves as a daily change instrument, while therapy sessions are used for discussing (the results) and for building new questions. This works for individuals as well as for couples/families. Basically, the technique differs from Brief Strategic Therapy, Milano approach, and SF-practice - we are building mainly on clients' own questions. It has elements of frame change, solution-focusing, paradox techniques, and client self-motivation. The questions work like small «Positive woodpeckers» that peck towards the desired outcome.
