Аннотация доклада:
Some optimization dynamic mathematical model of the peaceful trade-currency subordinating interaction of two States in favor of one of them is constructed on the base of the constructed and investigated earlier by the author the optimization dynamic mathematical model of a State. This model is absolutely pioneer one, since its active agents are States, and consequently at the current time moment is purely conceptual. Neither theoretical nor practical methods of solution of the formulated optimization problem are considered in the report.
