The synthesis of functional fine crystalline materials in supercritical water fluid recently acquired widespread thanks to the efficiency, availability of technology and environmental safety of production. It has been shown that in subcritical conditions, under temperature and water vapor pressure below critical values (t = 374oC, p = 22.4 MPa), i.e. in water vapor also intense occur of the structure transformation and interaction of simple and complex oxides according to mechanism of solid phase synthesis. This report presents the results of research the structure and morphology of fine-crystalline barium titanate BaTiO3, synthesized in supercritical and subcritical water fluid, respectively at T=400°C, P=26 MPa and at T=150oC, P=4,76 MPa. using a mixture of reagents: BaO и TiO2 or Ba(OH)2•8H2O и TiO2.. Ceramics made from synthesized barium titanate powder showed high permittivity, 5500 in the Curie point (128°C).
