Conceptual models of subject areas and web applications of Ontology of the Semantic Web are presented. Resources models may have the form of subject-oriented languages that are used in ontology’s. The characteristic of the basic concepts and tasks of the scientific computational geometry are given. A common set of ontology resources, including DSL subject-oriented language tools and Protégé systems are presented. All resources and characteristics of the conceptual model of this subject area are checked for functional safety and quality indicators. The general graph-scheme ontology of computational geometry was implemented with using Protégé-systems. This scheme reflects the basic tasks of computational geometry and using for realization subject area in the Internet. For each of tasks, numerical modeling is carried out to obtain a solution on a computer.
