The photon energy dependence of various asymmetries in the angular distribution of photoelectrons, produced via interfering one-photon and resonant two-photon ionization by second and first harmonics, respectively, exhibits a Fano-like profile. This profile, which depends on the pulse parameters, is studied within the lowest-order perturbation theory (LOPT) and by solving the time-dependent Schrödinger equation (TDSE). Both linearly and circularly polarized radiation fields are considered. Ionization of the hydrogen atom by frequencies near the intermediate 2p resonant state is selected as a showcase.
