Nowadays the problem of Russia’s return to G8 is one of the most discussed issues. At the moment there is no common opinion on that. As a result of recent territorial changes, complex international relations have led to the exclusion of Russia from G8. During the latest meetings of G7 the issue and conditions of Russia’s return to this organization were raised repeatedly. A lot of experts agree that the inclusion of Russia into G8 will make this organisation more effective and important.
