Keywords: immigrant’s settlement pattern, ethnosocial differentiation, European capitals, territorial stratification. Roots of ethno-social problem often seem obvious: migrants and ethnic minorities are increasingly visible in the population of European cities and create enclaves in them. However, it’s deepen and complex problem. Spatial analysis showed that in European capitals segregation is more noticeable at the small territories such as quarters then large areas; it depends on income and real estate prices. For example, in London, at the level of quarters, was revealed a close connection with the distribution of income among the “White British”, “Mixed” and Chinese, and among the most numerous “Other Ethnic” groups there is a low level of conformity. The coincidence of territorial structures is more vividly manifested in Moscow because here there is a direct dependence on the share of immigrants and housing prices. However, the territorial and statistical analysis of London, Paris, Berlin and Madrid shows that social segregation depends on the degree of adaptation of immigrants.
