It is known, that in supersymmetric quantum electrodynamics (SQED) there is the exact relation between gauge beta-function and anomalous dimension of matter superfields. This relation exists in the class of renormalization schemes. It is shown, that this class of schemes is described by smooth parameterization, introduced in the form of finite transformations of special kind. They constitute a group, which is the subgroup of renormalization group, and can't be reduced to the change of normalization point.
