The results of analysis of numerous CCD observations of cataclysmic variable, one of the brightest old novae HR Del are presented. All obsertvations were carried out with CCD camera Ap47 on the 60cm telescope of Sternberg Astronomical institute in Crimea during 2005 and 2006 years in V band. The overall light curve of this variable was determined by our UBV-photometric observations beginning from 2001 and analysed. Besides variability recurring at the orbital time scale the long term variations are obviously exist. CCD observations cover 23 nights (more than 3500). The result of a search for rappid modulations by these data considered and discussed.
