Аннотация доклада:
This paper formulates requirements to safety of railway traffic, in particular predicting the state of the rails and the right-of-way. The problem is stated and resolved by expert classification and expert-statistical analysis. Railway and right-of-way state forecasting algorithm rely on structural prediction concept. Application results are reported.
