In order to study in detail the high-pressure effects on the crystal structure and vibrational properties of several pharmaceuticals components we have performed neutron, X-ray diffraction, NMR and Raman spectroscopy experiments at high pressure. In my talk, short review about obtained results concerning the pressure induced polymorphic phase transformations in resorcinol, chlorpropamide, fluconazole and ofloxacin pharmaceuticals are presented.
