Аннотация доклада:
Molecular p (n) doping of organic semiconductors is a charge transfer process which occurs upon admixing of organic semiconductors with organic molecules having high enough electron affinity. Molecular doping of organic semiconductors leads to an increase in the number of free charges and thus to a dramatic increase in their electrical conductivity.
