The COVID-19 pandemic is severely affecting our society, bringing significant imbalances in all sectors and raising challenges on interpreting the dynamics of the triggered changes. Following the tradition of our institute to encourage the use of computational techniques for tackling relevant societal challenges through the International Workshop on Computational Economics and Econometrics, we organize the International WebWorkshop on Computational Economics and Econometrics a virtual discussion space that could provide new interpretations of the reality around us. The International WebWorkshop on Computational Economics and Econometrics would like to promote an analysis of the impact of COVID-19 on economic and social dynamics on the basis of contributions using recent computational techniques.
