Determination of drugs in the blood for the therapeutic treatment of epilepsy has an important diagnostic role. We developed quantitative method fof detecting antiepileptic grugs by HPLS / MS. Analytical equipment – liquid chromatograph and a mass spectrometr LCMS-8060 (Shimadzu, Japan). Sample preparation – a protein precipitation from plasma/serum. This method is designed for the monitoring of the antiepileptic drugs phenobarbital, phenytoin, carbamazepine, lamotridgine, in serum/plasma. The limits of detection are in the range of from 100-500ng/ml depending on the analyte. The recovery rate was 93-98%. The CV of each quality control sample concentration does not exceed 5%. Our method are validated and suitable for routine analysis.
