The talk is devoted to the ways of using speech modelling in creative writing instruction. The author demonstrates how the methods of pragmalinguistics, such as confrontation, oversaturation and undersaturation, may be applied to designing teaching materials, raise students' awareness of certain creative writing techniques and develop a better understanding of writing practices.
