Аннотация доклада:
The development of biosensors is one of the most urgent calls in bioengineering. Various CRISPR / Cas systems are promising for the detection of pathogens nucleic acids. This work is devoted to the development of a universal molecular fusion system based on catalytically inactive Cas proteins and the selection of the optimal parameters for its operation.
