The uncertainty relation connects the complexity of quantum states and the accuracy of its possible representation, like the relation between coordinate and impulse. The complexity is defined as the maximal entangled tensor product of the minimal representation of state over all canonic transform. It is shown that this limitation of Hilbert quantum formalism agrees with all postulates of quantum mechanics but makes impossible to build the unlimitly scalable quantum computer.
