We present experimental results of gamma emission from femtosecond laser plasma interaction at intensities of the order of relativistic ones. We used different solid targets, targets with modified surface and thick films to enhance gamma emission and get gamma quanta with the mean temperature upto 2 MeV and the maximal energy of 10 MeV. Experiments were fullfilled with 50 fs, 10 Hz 1 TW laser at ILC MSU. Plasma diagnostics included x-ray and gamma-detection, optical emission measurements, optical shadowgraphy and interferometry.
